Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cup white rice, long grain
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
1/8 tsp paprika
3 tbsp parsley, dried
4 cup chicken broth or stock, unsalted
Directions
In a large skillet add olive oil, onion, and celery. Cook until onion and celery are soft.
In a rice cooker, or large saucepan combine rice, black pepper, paprika, and parsley. Mix together.
Add chicken broth, onion, and celery.
Cook until rice is done.
