Beef Gravy
Ingredients
4 cup beef broth or stock, unsalted
1 cube beef bouillon
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup butter, unsalted
1 tbsp minced onion, dried
Directions
Mix flour and black pepper. Melt butter then mix with flour mixture.
Pour in beef broth, bouillon cube, and minced onion.
Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Make sure to continually stir and scrape bottom to prevent burning.
