Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients
3 cup boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cubed
2 cup cooked white rice
1 can 10-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup frozen corn
4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
Spread the rice in an even layer in the baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper, chicken, corn, and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese. Pour the mixture over the rice and top with the remaining 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 1 hour; let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
