Hungarian Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
4 square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp water, warm
2 eggs
6 tbsp butter, softened
Directions
Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from water, add sugar and water, blending well.
Add eggs, one at a time; beating after each addition. Add butter, 2 tbsp at a time. Beat well after each addition.
Yields
Makes enough for a 2 layer cake.
