Bittersweet Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
4 square unsweetened chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp warm water
2 eggs
6 tbsp butter, softened
Directions
Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from water, add sugar and water blending well. Add eggs (one at a time), beating after each addition. Add butter, 2 tablespoons at a time, beat well after each addition.
Yields
Makes enough for 1 layer of bittersweet chocolate frosting.
