Could not initialize class com.rsa.jcm.c.es

After implementing ColdFusion sandbox security through the ColdFusion Administrator and a reboot of ColdFusion services, you may receive the following error when using generateSecretKey("DESEDE").

"Could not initialize class com.rsa.jcm.c.es"

Not sure of the reason for the error, but to fix it, ColdFusion 2016 Update 10 and JDK 11.0.3 was installed.
